We compensate tutors based on the amount of lessons they have completed. Ringle lessons are either 20 or 40 minutes long, and typically require around 10 minutes of prep before the lesson and a feedback report after the lesson. Essentially, a 40-minute Ringle lesson is roughly equivalent to an hour’s worth of work.

Ringle tutors start out earning $17 per 40-minute lesson and $9.50 per 20-minute lesson, but can progress to earning over $20 per 40-minute lesson and $11 per 20-minute lesson through Promotion Points and weekly bonuses. A Ringle tutor earns between $17 - $20 per hour.
